AIN'T TOO PROUD is the electrifying new musical that follows The Temptations' extraordinary journey from the streets of Detroit to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. With their signature dance moves and unmistakable harmonies, they rose to the top of the charts creating an amazing 42 Top Ten Hits with 14 reaching number one. The rest is history — how they met, the groundbreaking heights they hit and how personal and political conflicts threatened to tear the group apart as the United States fell into civil unrest. This thrilling story of brotherhood, family, loyalty and betrayal is set to the beat of the group's treasured hits, including “My Girl,” “Just My Imagination,” “Get Ready,” “Papa Was a Rolling Stone” and so many more.

Took my 90 year old mother to who has mobility issues and uses a walker, the theatre to see Ain't Too Proud To Beg. The theatre staff were incredibly attentive and kind and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Thank you so much for your care especially Jack.
Superb companion piece to Motown the Musical. Balanced great entertainment against the tragedy of group members/friends. Otis Williams Jr as performer/narrator was excellent vehicle for story. Performers did full justice to the group’s legacy.
The show was entertaining.
The best musical we have seen for a long time. Hope it’s going on the road, would definitely go again. FAB U LOUS !!
Superb Show in a great location. I would definitely go again if it was still showing. The storyline, singing & humour with some sadness too, had me captivated. After the first half all I could say was just WOW. Along with many other people.
Too loud overall and throughout: singers shouted rather than sang which distorted words and music. Very unpleasant. Choreography - exceptional and beautifully performed. Great story-telling. If asked to recommend - I’d make the above comments and leave them to choose.
I had seen this fantastic show several years ago in New York and have wanted to go again so when it came to UK ,my friend and I went and had a brilliant evening enjoying the dynamic performances of incredibly talented actors at the top of their game singing and dancing whilst telling an extremely interesting story of how the Temptations came to be,, we had a brilliant evening at show the finale allowed the audiences to also get on their feet sing /dance /cheer with the cast ,we did not want the night to end but we have lovely memories of our evening .
great performance, really enjoyed it. A lot of information I hadn't known about
